About the Webinar
Join us for our first EQ2 Community Conversation where we’ll explore how leaders in the field (like you!) are using EQ2 to support staff. We’ll be hosting 2 Community Conversations per year to share the accumulating knowledge around best practices, implementation tips and strategies, special populations such as juvenile justice, and a wide range of creative EQ2 applications we’ve been hearing from agencies across the country. (Have you heard of EQ-Tuesday?)
Our first Community Conversation will feature Danny Pectol of ACH Child and Family Services in Fort Worth, TX. Danny’s deep expertise in staff training, his creative use of EQ2, and his awesome personality will make for a fantastic launch of the EQ2 webinars.
We’ll explore the creative ways that Danny has brought EQ2 into supervision with direct care staff, including:
How he utilizes EQ2 in the supervision of his supervisors
Tips for empowering supervisors to bring in EQ2 concepts before staff hit the floor (and during their shift)
Ways he has brought the EQ2 App into supervision
