Prior to joining the board, Eileen Moran taught Lionheart’s Houses of Healing program in the Massachusetts State Prison System for 7 years. During that time, she experienced firsthand the transformational impact the program had on the lives of those incarcerated. Outside of Lionheart, Eileen works in the publishing industry, having had a broad range of publishing experience in sales, business development, marketing and editorial acquisitions.  She has worked both domestically and internationally and has held various senior and executive level positions with AAAS/Science, Houghton Mifflin, Pearson, Elsevier and Taylor & Francis.
