About the Webinar
We often say that EQ2 operationalizes trauma-informed care. But, what are the ingredients of a truly trauma-informed organization?
In our next Community Conversations Webinar, we’ll be in dialogue with Dr. Steve Brown, a primary architect of the Risking Connection Change Model (RC), an internationally-recognized whole-system change process to trauma-informed care (TIC). We’ll discuss lessons learned over 25 years helping agencies implement TIC and what led him to co-develop the Attitudes Related to Trauma-Informed Care (ARTIC) Scale, one of the first psychometric measures designed to measure TIC.
Dr. Brown will share:
A framework describing the developmental pathway toward TIC
How organizations can progress down that pathway
How the Risking Connection Change Model supports TIC change
How the ARTIC Scale can help agencies track TIC progress
What he sees as the future of TIC
And if you can’t make it, all webinars will be archived on the Lionheart website and all registered participants will receive a link to the recording. Live or archived… join us to learn alongside the growing EQ2 community!
