About the Webinar

We often talk about “best practices” as the gold standard for any program but bringing those practices to life on the floor is where the real work happens.

In our upcoming Community Conversations Webinar, we’ll be joined by Popz Reyes and Misty Fast from Northwest Passage in Wisconsin. These standout EQ2 facilitators will share how their lived experiences helped them translate EQ2 Best Practices into meaningful, real-world systems change – from the Circle to everyday interactions on the floor.

Popz and Misty will discuss:

The EQ2 Best Practices they used to successfully launch the program

How they use their own lived experience to enhance the impact of EQ2 and model the skills they teach

Advice for direct care staff interested in becoming EQ2 facilitators

Their collaboration with the Lionheart team to develop new resources for EQ2 agencies

Can’t attend live? No problem – all webinars are archived on the Lionheart website, and registered participants will receive a recording link. Whether you join us live or watch later, we’d love for you to learn alongside the growing EQ2 community.

If your agency is interested in partnering with us for a future Community Conversation webinar, we’d love to hear from you.

We host two Community Conversations each year to share evolving insights on best practices, implementation strategies, work with special populations such as juvenile justice, and the many creative ways agencies are applying EQ2 across the country.
