Our first Community Conversation featured Danny Pectol of ACH Child and Family Services in Fort Worth, TX. Danny’s deep expertise in staff training, his creative use of EQ2, and his awesome personality made for a fantastic launch of the EQ2 webinars.
We explored the creative ways that Danny has brought EQ2 into supervision with direct care staff, including:
- How he utilizes EQ2 in the supervision of his supervisors
- Tips for empowering supervisors to bring in EQ2 concepts before staff hit the floor (and during their shift)
