I haven’t received my login information for the training portal. How do I get my login credentials?
If you have been enrolled in the online training portal, you will have received an email from The Lionheart Foundation with instructions and your credentials. If you haven’t received anything from us, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your credentials, email [email protected].
My EQ2 App login credentials are not working to login to the training portal.
Login credentials for the EQ2 App are different from the training portal. To access the online training, follow the sign in information emailed to you. For the EQ2 App, you’ll need to create an account and then enter your Agency Code (provided by Lionheart).
I am unable to progress past a module. Every time I click “Mark Complete” the page reloads to the beginning of the module instead of taking me to the next one.

How do I clear my cache?
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Go to More tools → Clear browsing data.
- In the pop-up window, select Cached images and files.
- Choose a time range (select All time to clear everything).
- Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click the menu button (☰) → Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear Data.
- Check Cached Web Content, then click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge.
- Click the three dots (…) in the top-right corner → Settings.
- Select Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Check Cached images and files, select a time range, then click Clear now.
Safari
- Open Safari.
Click Safari in the top menu → Settings (or Preferences).
Go to the Advanced tab and check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
In the top menu bar, click Develop → Empty Caches.
How do I purchase more EQ2 Handbooks and Facilitator Guides?
EQ2 resources are only available to purchase for agencies with an active EQ2 subscription. To purchase additional books, navigate to https://lionheart.org/lionheart-programs/eq2/additional-eq2-materials and enter password eq2extras.

I’m not receiving any Lionheart emails. What should I do?
To ensure uninterrupted email communication between our organizations, we recommend that you whitelist our email domain by adding @lionheart.org to your domain allow list so that emails from our organization are not blocked or filtered. You might need to ask your IT team to do a global whitelist.
